When Will My Order Ship?

  • Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing: Usually 2-3 working days

  • Shipping: Usually 4-5 working days

  • The average delivery time is 6-7 days.

Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. We ask for your understanding in this matter. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Will I Have To Pay International Taxes And Duties?

There always no extra custom fees. But the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; JETLASERS has no control over these charges, nor can JETLASERS predict what they may be. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of China may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Note: Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a

particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID. Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

Do You Ship To PO BOX (APO/FPO/DPO) Address?

Generally speaking, we don't support this kind of service. But currently, we could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via standard shipping. So please provide us with the most up-to-date, accurate and detailed shipping information with your phone number for the shipping. Your cooperation will be much appreciated. All parcels will be held for picking up if cannot be signed or delivered. If an item is returned because it was not deliverable due to an incorrect address, customer will have to be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.


The tracking of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with online tracking number and link will be sent to you. The tracking number will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email. You can also sign into your account to track your order. We sincerely suggest you add us to your email list so that you can get confirmation about your order from us. And remember to check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not receive a reply in 3 days. Wrong Or Faulty Item I Received

If you check that there is a fault with an item or wrong item you have received, please let us know straight away through our customer service team. Please include as many details including the photos as possible about the order and the problem with the items and we will find a decent way to solve this for you.

Missing Any Items In My Order

As different arrivals of the items, sometimes we don't send all items you've ordered at the same time, so some of your items will be arriving separately. There is an email saying if your items sent separately. So first check your email box and if there are any doubts, please feel easy to contact us.

Refund Policies

JETLASERS offer a full refund (deducting the for most items within 7 days of receipt of shipment. You can use this page to learn about our refund policies. Most items sold on JETLASERS.ORG follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Requirements for Refund:

  • Items must be in new condition

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories

  • Items must be returned with the original serial number

Once your return is received and inspected by JETLASERS (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

For wire transfer payments, you might receive the refund from our business PAYPAL account. EVEN IF we don’t accept payment from Paypal, we can issue refund from Paypal for efficiency.

How Refunds Are Issued

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. If you want to use your refund without waiting for your return to process, you can select the instant refund option, if it's available. Instant refunds are either refunded to your credit card or issued as an Amazon.com Gift Card balance, depending on the instant refund type you selected. You will still need to return your items within 30 days.

Note: Your refund request will be processed instantly. However, it may take up to

7 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.

For returns of most items within 15 days of receipt of shipment, we will cover the shipping fee. Be sure you've described the defect, damage, or error and include that in the returned package. If the original packaging is still available, return the item in that packaging. To help avoid problems with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels that are still on the box.

Replacement & Exchange Policies

You can exchange an item through JETLASERS.

To exchange an item:

  1. Go to the JETLASERS and contact our online customer service.

  2. Find the order you want to return, and then click Return an item from this order.

Tip: If you don't see the order you're looking for, select another option from the See

more menu, and then click Go.Select the item you want to exchange, and then select a reason from the Reason for return menu. An exchange order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created. You can use the return label provided to you to send your original item back. You'll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items.

Note: If you're exchanging for a different item and the new item costs more, we'll

charge you for the difference in price. We'll refund you the difference if the new item costs less.
